Today, I am going to introduce the new feature of Gmail lab called Search AutoComplete. If you use your Gmail account frequently and have got more than thousands of mails and attachments, finding them even using search feature will be difficult. Search AutoComplete will help by by displaying the related search terms or email contacts even when you are typing. This simple technology is based on some complex codes and hence it will display most related results only. If you want to go though your email address quickly even without typing the terms completely, you should activate Search AutoComplete lab feature on your Gmail account.
Most of us use the Gmail search feature to find emails, email IDs or attachments. Gmail team made it more simple to save your time by introducing Seach AutoComplete feature. Search AutoComplete will display the most related items to your typed item in a drop down menu. Have a look on the below screenshot.
Another feature which has Gmail also introduced search AutoComplete operators to make your searching even faster. With these Gmail search operators you can expect a quick and detailed search of your mailbox.
