First Install GTalk
http://dl.google.com/googletalk/googletalk-setup.exe
Step 1
Install the Gtalk and create a ShortCut on your desktop or open in Program Files.

Step 2
Right Click on the Gtalk icon from Desktop ShortCut and change Startmenu To -nomutex at the end of Target file path and click on the Apply and ok . Below is the preview of change
Step 3
All done, and now you can run Multiple Gtalk Clients and can Login to different Google Account at Once.
