Scour is a new Search engine which brings you results from Google, Yahoo and MSN all at the same time. The big difference between Scour and those three search engines just mentioned is that Scour will actually pay you to use there search engine!
Scour does not pay in cash, check or via paypal. Scour pays with Visa Gift cards. Visa gift cards are pretty much gift cards that can be used at any store, so it is pretty much just as good as cash.
Although, i think they need alittle bit of competition in the Search Engine market. Because personally, the Yahoo, Msn or Bing are not just very good competitors anymore.
Scour looks like they may have a product that could compete with them. The challenge, of course, is that it is a huge uphill battle for them. Google has most of the internet's users using it as their search engine, so in order to have a chance Scour is going to have to be a lot better.

Advantage- Google Finally getting Competition.
- Interface looks friendly and customize.
- It allows you to get search results from Google, Yahoo, or Live all on the same page
- I like the points system. Even though you would have to use it for a while to actually get rewarded, you still do get rewarded.
Disadvantage- Brand New. it is going to be a while before Scour provides some actual benefit as a search engine. Initially, spammers are going to vote up their spam sites
- The referral program. I know it seems to be what every new thing does now. They offer incentives for referring people
