TeamViewer is an excellent screen-sharing tool that provide you transfer applications or business collaborations as well as diagnose the computer problems. Great dude. Teamviewer is really a good one but a bit expensive.
I used to use Teamviewer myself. Then after reconsideration my expenditures I realized that it's too costly. I found a replacement to it by TEchinline Remote Desktop www.techinline.com which is far cheaper and solves all the same issues.

James, I completely agree with you on the "pricing factor". I was a long-time user of LMI Rescue which is probably the most advanced tool, but also the most expensive. I switched to Techinline (http://www.techinline) which is literally a fraction of the price. It's very simple and has all of the main features, but no bells and whistles which are offered by LogMeIn
