We have a built-in Function of changing the picture in Windows 7. You can easily change the image from Control Panel. But, User Picture Enhanced is freeware software that allows you to capture the image using the Screen capture option. It can be use as image in windows. You can edit any default pictures. It has the ability to perform remove and add pictures. Even, you can import and export the default size pictures of the Gallery.
