1) Webpage Screenshot for Chrome

This is Chrome’s most popular add-on for capturing screenshots. It allows you to capture the entire webpage in a single PNG file. You can also choose to capture only the part of the webpage that is visible on your computer. The ‘All page screenshot’ is a bit wonky though. It doesn’t let you save a screenshot that’s bigger than 2MB due to a bug in Chrome.

Aviary Screen Capture is a screenshot plugin for Google Chrome that can capture any visible portion of a web page. Aviary is an online image editing service which competes with other image editors, such as, Picnik and Pixlr. This extension is an official release from Aviary.
3) Picnik extension for Chrome

Picnik is one of the most popular and powerful web based applications for you to editing photo online. The Picnik Chrome extension lets you easily pick any image from a dynamic hot list while browsing the web. With a click you can create a snapshot of your current web page and open it in Picnik for easy editing, annotation and sharing.
4) PageShot for Chrome

PageShot is a Google Chrome extension that helps you take a webpage capture and crop it. The visual cropping selector is powered by JCrop.
5) Zoho Notebook for Chrome

With Zoho Notebook Chrome extension, you can take screenshot, clip important text or URLs from the web and save them in your online Zoho Notebook. To use this extension, you have to login to Zoho Notebook first. Anyway it supports Google, yahoo or Facebook account to sign in so there is no need to create a Zoho account.

WebPage ScreenShot Is amazing. It is by far the best utility I have ever tried for capturing screen shots on webpages.
About the 2 MB bug you mentioned. I just made a 12 MB (21,000 pix high) screenshot. Took some time, but worked perfectly.
I've been using GatherBack (www.gatherback.com) for screenshots - it's really nice. Highly recommended!
