G+ Notifier is a great free tool that notifies you of the latest updates or notifications on your Google+ account. G+ Notifier has now been updated to boast more features and a desktop version of Google+ has also been included.
This new version can be used as a desktop client for Google+. This tool is portable and you don't have to install anything and it functions from the system tray.
All you are required to do is to login to your Google account and then it would send out notification from the system tray. This latest version of G+ Notifier can also be utilized as a Google+ desktop application, as you can see in the picture above.
It lets you view the complete notification and navigate through the Google+ account as it uses the mobile interface.
